Introduction

Palette is Metasphere’s cloud telemetry Software-as-a-Service solution that runs our Canvas software. The service is provided to allow our customers to benefit from the full functionality without the overhead of having to manage their own infrastructure.

The service is designed to be secure, scalable, reliable and offers a clean modern user interface allowing users to monitor and manage alarms, view and analyse collected data and remotely manage their devices. The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services and backed up using Amazon’s technology including CloudWatch and GuardDuty.

There are two versions of this service, one hosted in the UK and the other in Australia. The service can be accessed by navigating to the UK login page or Australian login page using any modern browser and entering your credentials.
